it was an evening of basketball excitement, as host Terron younger gathered H.S. coaches to see some of next years future talented lady ballers.
Team White lead by Milan Trusty (Discovery Charter Sch.) delivered 14-pts. while showing she can score anywhere on the floor with a variety of shots off the dribble, and catch. As a guard her defense makes it hard for ball handlers in the back court, often turning it into scoring opportunities.
Point guard Chloe Kham (Science Leadership Charter) of the Black team, ran the offense showing sound fundamentals with her ball handling, getting to the rack when whenever she wanted, and her no look passing as she drew the defense to her, while keeping her teammates balanced on the floor in addition to scoring 10-pts on the night.
The fans were entertained, and coaches got a chance to take note on an array of talent that came from through out the city in one place.
The game it self was fast paced and energetic through out, but it was the White team pulling away with the win 27-19.
